Taking a moment's reflection, Duane Arnold mused:
|
| Many of a home user type just do not have the expertise to keep up with
| security patches for new exploits that attack the MS O/S. And they flat-
| out do not know how to stop services and close ports, especially on a NT
| based O/S they have absolutely no clue as to what that is about.
But these same home users will be clicking "allow" for every new alert
that comes up as well. More trouble that it is worth, from a support
standpoint, unless the end user is willing and able to actually put some
effort in.
