After months of research and three weeks of hell, I have given up on all of
my brand new NETGEAR wireless gear (WGR614, WG511, WG311 - which is all
going back tomorrow), and will hire an installer if need be and go WIRED.

So I'm in the market for an 8 port WIRED router/firewall ( for a home
network to share files and a cable modem internet connection with about 6
machines).

Any suggested products?

Marvin
