What O/S is this that you're trying to do this on? And is BlackICE Daemon
the Blackd.exe still running? You can use the Task Manager and look for
it and terminate it. You may also need to terminate RapApp.exe too which
is part of BI. Terminate them if they are still running and then try to
install.
