Not sure I understand what you are looking for. Are you setting up a FTP
server to be used only on your intenal network or are you planning to have
access from the "RED" network as well?

If you are setting it up for internal ("Green network) use, your IPcop will
not be part of that at all. You can access the FTP server directly from the
machines in your LAN using its IP-address. If you plan to have external
access you will have to open the ports that you intend to use for the
service to the outside and set the route to the server in the tables you
find in the IPcop web interface. It will be easier if you give the server a
fixed IP (not using DHCP for that particular machine)m, unless you have set
up an internal DNS.
