Who makes in integrated router/firewall for medium-sized businesses ?

Who makes a router with built-in firewall funcionality on each
interface. It needs a serial interface to the CSU/DSU, and either
personality modules, or better, standard PCI slots, so I can connect
to the various kinds of copper and fiber ethernet. At least 3
interfaces. A couple more would be better.
