DHCP

This question isn't about firewall, sorry about that. I'm curious, can we
have 2 DHCP servers connected to the same hub/switch but leasing different
IP address block? What will happen if a client requests for an IP address?
(client machine also connects the same hub/switch). Which DHCP server will
answer and which IP block will the client receive?
