InCDv.3.27.1 - Uninstall - How?

I run XP Pro with InCD v 3.27.1 installed.

This seems to run permanently and I cannot stop it loading at bootup
nor do I see anyway to uninstall it .

Can anyone tell me how to either stop it from starting automatically
at bootup or , if this isn't possible , then explain , please , how to
uninstall it ( I've tried Add/Remove Apps without success )
