MSN Messenger 6 and Norton internet security 2003 Problems

I have found that file transfer and audio can be effected if UPnP is not
support via routers etc.

I have found that Norton internet security 2003 has general rules blocking
UPnP these are:

UPNP Port 5000 Block Rule
UPNP Port 1900 Block Rule

Do you think that this is the problem?
