Why is it being blocked? Is there an application file associated with the
log entries?
It is some type of proxy for web browsing. It is coming from the machines
loopback and going to the machines internet adapter so it probably some type
of filtering control. Use netstat or some other tool to see if you have
something listening on either 127.0.0.1:80 or 0.0.0.0:80
