Double-click the rule to edit the rules, and click on the tab which
lists the protocols. Listed on the right side are the allowed protocols.
Select the FTP protocol, and the "configure" button should be activated.
Click it, and then you'll be able to modify which ftp commands are
allowed. IIRC, only the "get" command are allowed by default.
