isolating computers using a Linksys BEFSX41?

Is it possible to isolate groups of computers using a Linksys BEFSX41
firewall/router? Specifically, I have four computers attached to a
BEFSX41. The BEFSX41 is also attached to a cable modem for Internet
access. What I want is:

- computers A and B can communicate with each other, and can both
access the Internet

- computers C and D can communicate with each other, and can both
access the Internet

- computers A and B can *not* communicate with/see/access computers C
and D (and vice-versa)

Is this possible using this firewall/router? If so, can anyone please
tell me how to set this up?

Thanks,
Ethan
