Thank you for your assistance. Yes, I have been in a hurry to get this up
and running. The plethora of fake Microsoft Network Upgrades that we have
been receiving in our email (several hundred per day) has prompted me to do
something I should have done some time ago.

For the record I have purchased a 5 user licence of Outpost Pro 2.0 and have
found it relatively easy to configure and use. As I said earlier I did find
Zone Alarm a little confusing in relation to the network traffic. I will
also investigate the use of a router for added protection.
