Not an anonymous site - I recommended it :-)

search google for sponge and kerio - especially google groups and you
will see testimonials.

And yes... I have looked at them - that's half the point - look at
them, understand them, and disable/delete the one's you don't want.

Not really - I don't see your dilemma at all. These are firewall rules
- they will allow or disallow information in and out of your computer.
By default, all is allowed, so using his rules you don't add in any
insecurity. By blocking, all that will happen is that you may not get
a web page or two - in which case, look at the rules and disable them.
