All my home NTL settings are queried automatically by the fr114p netgear
router/firewall when it connects to ntl I can read these values back when I
enter the admin screen. That's the "Gateway IP Address" field on there.
The one at work, same model as yours I think, we enter those details
manually and we keep all the ISP values (such as ISP gateway) on file.
If it's not showing all the info (and it should be there or how did we enter
our info!) on it's main page, try updating the firmware,
