Removal of McAfee Firewall

Various things about the McAfee firewall do not please me. Including if
I set it to "block all" while I'm away; then come back, and set it to
Filter ... then a loaded Netscape won't work. Have to kill all
instances of netscape (browser, mail, NGs) and re-start. I used to have
Zone Alarm, no sweat.

Also the managment windows in McAffe cannot be re-sized up. One size only.

The only thing it has that I like (compared to the free Zone Alarm) is
the specific IP blocker.

Here's the question. McAfee firewall came with McAfee VirusScan (which
is fine). If I de-install McAfee Firewall, would I be able (for
whatever reason) be able to re-install it later on without interfering
with the VirsuScan?

Since it is embedded with the basic VirusScan, how would I do this
without de-installing VirusScan? (A less than 100% prospect from recent
painful experience).

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,
Alan
