I use both Outpost (www.agnitum.com) and Sygate PF (see other reply).
Both of these are capable of doing what you want.
I advise D/L both to try brfore deciding for yourself.
In my experience Sygate has very clear log info while Outpost has capability
of blocking other things - cookies, pop-ups etc.
Both work well here.
