ZoneAlarm Pro error in Event Viewer

I keep seeing Errors in my Event viewer of source True Vector Engine.
They seem to occur anytime someone signs on to their username/account.

I also noticed that my log files are emty. I believe this error may
be upon initialization of the ZALog.txt file.

Does anyone know why this error occurs and how to fix it?
