I don't use the anonymous abuse department. Charter has a brick and mortar
office locally, where I pay my bill. I made it a point to get acquainted with
the real life chief internet guy in the local office. He has a name, a face, a
phone, and an e-mail address. He's the one I contact about local problems,
including infected neighbors.
