zone alarm pro 4 and windows update

Hi peeps.

I am using zone alram 4 pro, but havine a few problems, Widnows update
wuill not work witht he firewall on, nor will a few other sites that
need forms filled in, like ebuyer.com will not accept my password and
user name.
When I take the firwall down, all works fine.
I am doing something wrong but not sure what.
