Advice on Freedom Suite from Zeroknowledge

Anyone have any knowledge to impart regarding the Freedom Security Suite
from Zeroknowledge? My ADSL provider is recommending that I install these
programs. In the course of doing so, they suggest disconnecting and removing
all of my other security which includes Norton AV, ZoneAlarm Pro (version
3.7.098) and CookiePal.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
