Consider how you might use such programs in combination to achieve a total
security system for your home setup. There are some very useful suggestions
about this (and ideas about further protection you might use) at Sponge's

Also use HijackThis to regularly monitor your system. You can download it

It would also be a good idea, if you haven't already done so, to join the
SpywareInfo Forums, and ask them to review your system based on your HJThis

subscribed.
