I never see packet loss in the ones I've installed and manage, and I've
not seen any reports of loss either.
The Firebox 2500 and the Firebox 4500 more than meet your requirements
and are very easy for a non-security type administrator (network) to
manage.
I've installed/used the PIC and the Netscreen and will take a WatchGuard
every time.
