I am attempting to write a software adapter that will parse the
configuration of a Symantec Enterprise Firewall running on a Solaris 8
box and output the configuration in an xml file. I have not been able
to locate the place that the firewall outputs configuration data. I
was expecting a configs directory or at least a config file. Does
anyone know where these may be kept and/or if there is a way to have
the firewall explicitly export this information.
Even better...does anyone know if there is an API for getting this
information without an intermediate text file?
Thanks in advance.
