We are beta testing v2.0.7 now (addresses mostly remote administration)
and v2.1 is in the works with several improvements and additions.

There is another way to do exactly what you want.
When you are looking at the rules, use the menu item "Rules/Import
Rules...".
This will merge the rules from a file with your existing rules.
