I use the firewall features of ZAPro, which I find work well - but don't
bother with their privacy features, they stop too many sites from working
properly.

Instead I use Opera for my main browsacle and Mozilla as a secondary
browser and for mail.

And the result I never see any fucking pop-ups. :)
