That is dangerous and bad advice. Yes the IP will change but it is still
within a range belonging to an ISP so can easily be scanned. Also certain
Trojans wait until a dialup connection is made and then contact the owner to
say "I'm here, here's my IP and I'm ready to do your bidding master" Your
nice shiny Router will not stop that activity because it is not a firewall.
Security by obscurity is better than nothing however.
