    Have a look at the following products:

    * Sonicwall series
    * Symantec Gateway Security (expensive)
    * Watchguard firebox series (not sure how that mcafee bundle works)

    These comes with anti virus scanning at the gateway.

    Enterprise level anti-virus software ensures effective updates of virus
    signatures to workstations, and even locks users out from disabling the
    service.
