Try this: after changing settings in ZAP so all privacy is off for your
website, delete all files in the Temporary internet files settings while on
a different page, close your browser and reopen it. Then go to your
webpage. If you are pulling from the cache, it will appear as if the old
ZAP settings are still in effect.
