Webwasher (free) will block html access to any address you like as one
of its features. It will block out whole domains if you tell it to
block just the base address like doubleclick.com, all addresses. The
more specific you are in the block list, the more specific the
blocking down to the exact IP level.
Oh, it also blocks all that crap in all webpages. Advertisers are so
afraid of it they have WebWasher detectors built into a lot of
webpages!
