Hello,
Now i am upgrading a packet filter firewall.
We want to implemente the function of 'User Authentication".
Only the authenticated user can access external network.
There are two methods that do not require proxy support.
1. Cisco Pix firewall Cut-Through Proxy
2. NetScreen Runtime Authentication
But there are no any devices such as these in our lab.
Can anyone tell me how to implemente this function ?
Is it just simulate the proxy's action?
Thanks!
