I'm running Norton AV 2002 set to check Incoming E-mail
only. I fixed the problems that I originally had Sending
E-mails from Outlook Express by changing the Kerio rule to
allow in and out connections.

The problem now is with Sending News Group messages. It's an
intermittent problems. Sometimes the messages hang and I
have to turn off Kerio, sometimes they go right through.
