Kerio Blocks Sending NewsGroup Messages

I recently installed Kerio PFW 2.1.4 and very pleased with
it. I've used many versions of ZoneAlarm and ZAP for a
number of years. Kerio is a much "cleaner" program.

I'm running Win98SE with a peer to peer network using
NetBEUI protocol. I have a 2Wire HomePortal 1000
router/firewall that I use to connect to DSL.

I have a problem with Kerio and Outlook Express 5.5. I can
send and receive E-Mail and I can connect to NGs but Kerio
block messages that I try to send to NGs.

I set Outlook Express to allow 2 way communications in
Kerio Firewall Configuration.

I've re-read the manual a number of times. Any suggestions?
