    Back in 1995, I was using AOL for E-mail only. I had a
    dedicated line for Fax and AOL plus a dedicated high speed
    data phone line attached to the 2 modems in my PC. Both of
    the lines had unlisted phone numbers. I was running NT3.51
    at the time and it was supposed to be very "secure"!

    The number for the data line plus my system password was in
    the .INI file for the terminal emulation program I used to
    connect to our mainframe.

    I happened to do a search on 411.COM and found the data line
    listed under my name along with some other information that
    was in the .INI file.

    That was 7 years ago and someone was able to snoop my PC
    while I was connected to AOL! Just think what can be done
    today?
