Winroute and multiple internet connections

Hi everybody!
I'm trying to set up and use two internet connections (ADSL and Cable)
with winroute 4.2.5. I need it because I have a VPN Server in my
company and I want to divide the incoming connections from internet
between them.
Is it a matter of Advanced NAT or ROuting?
