Right now I'm running Norton Personal Firewall with Norton systemworks 2002.
There's a big red notice in the window that tells me "your subscription
service expires 14/03/03". I was unaware that I had "subscribed" to
anything.
Norton seems to do this. I had systemworks 2001 and when I updated my OS to
Windows XP I suddenly found that Norton would "no longer supported" 2001 and
it would not be upgraded to be compatible with Windows XP. I was shafted on
an expensive software package I had bought just months before and had to but
systemworks 2002. Deja vu.
