Zone Labs Pro question

Hi, I'm completely new to the firewalls world (got hit over the weekend by
this trojan that loads WinVNC on your machine which scared the bejeezus out
of me, so I got a copy of Zone Alarm Pro).

I get a lot of red-banded (high alert) firewall alerts for some reason I
can't yet determine. At the bottom of every alert is a checkbox for "Don't
show this dialog again". My question: what is it that you're asking to not
be shown again? ALL alerts of this type (high alert)? All alerts from this
particular IP address? Something else?

Also, I'm finding that at the Zone Labs User Community web page
(http://forums.zonelabs.com/zonelabs) there are many "Error on page." errors
and I can't post because of this. Anyone else experience this?
