1) BID's firewall can accept or reject traffic by specified IP(s) on TCP or
UPD ports.
2) BID's IDS protects *open* ports and will instruct its firewall to close a
port to an IP, if it has determined that an attack is found in the network
traffic.
3) BID's IDS/firewall Communication control provides protection against
"phone home" attempts.
4) BID's IDS/firewall real time Application control provides protection
against malware such as worm, Trojan, spyware, etc. from executing on the
machine.
5) BID's IDS/firewall real time Application control provides protection
against anything or something like sypware from installing itself on the
machine no matter where the source is coming from.
6) The BID IDS/firewall application can do much more then 1-5
for the technically minded person, and it's only going to get better,
since ISS purchased the product.
There is not a better product on the market.
Counter it with some facts to dispute those claims.
