Network-wise, it's okay. If I understand your config right, it's:
Internet <--> Router <--> ISA + Proxy <--> You (server?)

Is this correct? Assuming "you" is a server, it's a good
configuration. I'm also assuming you've configured ISA to filter
traffic to local ports not accepted by your server. If "you" is a
client (?) then you should have a software firewall on there,
preferably Kerio or ZAP. Whatever it is, it should have the ability to
filter external IP addresses, which you will probably need.
