     I want to add that I don't know if you did much tweaking to Internet
Explorer, but in tools/internet options/security/trusted sites there is a
place to add sites to the trusted zone.. There is also a checkbox that
requires https for sites added there. If you put any sites in there and that
checkbox was at one time disabled and then became enabled again it could
would cause problem for any http sites entered there. --- Steve
