I have recently been looking at particular servers to use to help me
develop a site using PHP. Obviously apache comes up a lot. However, I
am using Zone Alarm 3.1.395 as my firewall and i have read on
apache.org that (a) Zone Alarm is not supported and (b) many people
using this combo are having problems.
So my question is:
Has anybody used zone alarm and apache successfully?
If not, do you have any recommendations as to which servers to go for
in relation to the firewall that I'm using? Or would I be better off
using another firewall package?
If I'm barking up the wrong tree please tell me. I would appreciate
any advice.
Thanks in Advance
RB
