Perhaps I didn't make my question clear, my apologies. I'm not sure whether
it is the router that is preventing the connection, or the FTP program
itself.

I don't think it's the router because all unsolicited packets would be
forwarded to my machine as it is set as the DMZ server.

The FTP server says it is listening on the internal IP address but I can't
change that because it just picks up the IP address of the only NIC.

So... I'm not sure how to problem solve this.
