You might want to try putting your system in "learning mode." There is a
white paper about it at:

The paper is intended for corporate BI users with an icecap system, however,
you can implement the tweaks for Defender as well.

In Learning Mode, blackice automatically records any application changes,
but does not block them. You can use the mode to monitor application changes
or run temporarily to "learn" all the different checksums that the baseline
utility may have missed.
