BlackIce Firewall Rules Disappearance

Running Win2k SP 3, BlackIce 3.5.ceh

This morning I discovered that my BlackIce firewall rules had disappeared
(the Advanced Firewall settings window is empty)

After poking around, I found them in Program
Files/ISS/BlackICE/profiles/local/firewall.ini

I shut BlackIce down and restored that to Program
Files/ISS/BlackICE/firewall.ini, restarted, and everythink *appears* to be
back to normal.

The only thing I can think of I have done recently with BlackIce is I added
an SQL Slammer sig to /ISS/BlackICE/sigs.ini and I installed VisualIce 4.7
a few days ago.

All AV/spyware/trojan scans turn up nothing.

Has anyone seen anything like this?
