Problem with kerio personal firewall

I have install kerio personal firewal, but when I try to open Administration
pannel, it find an error (exactly error 10050). I have read in help guide
but it explain that the first time I open the admin pannel, it doesn't ask
for password!! Why does It ask to me??

I think I have made an error during installation or during first access, but
if I uninstall the program (and delete all line of it in the system
registry) and I re-install it, it ask me this improbably password.
