Duane,

Have you looked at or cautiously modified the Domain Controller
Security Policy and Domain Security Policy on your server?

What AV program are you running?

Look into 801.1x for W2K.

Did you run the ISS scanner?

Is the Server hard-wired into your wireless router, or do you have a
router/firewall protecting it?
