Let me know if you can get to www.cogeco.ca from work (Novaatech) going
through the firewall.
If you can, it will confirm the mystery I (and some of the upper level
cogeco staff) were tracking down.
Also look at http://www.chaotic.org/guardian/ It's a nice program that
works.
