  Hi,

Reboot in Safe Mode, find the Internet Logs folder (under the main Windows
folder), delete ALL files in that folder (settings files, database), empty
the recycle bin, reboot normally, and reconfigure.

I just upgraded from the freebie Zone alarm to Zone Alarm 3.0 from a Cd
purchased from Staples.
The Installation appears to have gone ok " successful install"
registration etc.
When I re-boot or start up two things happen I don't get the splash
screen I did get with the freebie version saying I was protected and
Zone alarm Icon appeared in the System tray,
BUT when I place the mouse cursor over the Icon for Zone Alarm in the
System tray it disappears this happens every time no buttons clicks
nothing except placing the cursor on the Icon,
Socan/t do A thing with it

Thanks Bob
