Brett,
The Norton products are not explicitly listed as working with the Server
version of Windows 2000 (or of Windows XP, for that matter). Seems to me
that Phillip_Pi or Brendon Woirhaye has made some more detailed comment on
this around here somewhere.
Unfortunately, I can't recall whether they said flat out that it didn't
work or that it simply was not supported on the Server platforms.
