You want to solve all your problems get a wireless router with 4 port
switch.

You know the old saying. "Life is rough and then you die."

So, it cannot be as bad as you're making it out to be- just get some
equipment that will work for you.

I have a Linksys BEFW11S4 router with 4 port switch and they make a
wireless VPN router too.

Believe me now and believe me later get a wireless router and the *sun* will
shine for you.
