If you click on the indicated d/l you are steered to a form to fill
out.

Since I don't speak/read/write German I've got problems here :) It
doesn't seem they attempt to market their product outside of Europe.
For all I know, they may not even have a english version. Seems odd
since it tests extremely well at every good test site I've seen.
